Morrisons Cardiff Bay visited Morel Court Residential Care Home this morning to plant "seeds of hope" with our residents Edna Webb and Beryl Wornham.

Morrisons staff members Shannon Goodwin and Lauren Chapple chatted to the residents while planting them.

"We are looking forward to seeing how the sunflowers grow and we will send plenty of photos to Morrisons for them to see," Beryl said.

"I will put mine in my room as I love sunflowers. So, thanks to Morrisons, a good morning was had by all."
