A Dinas Powys runner has completed his latest 10k run for a good cause.

Cllr Malcolm Phillips said: "Another one done for charity, Prostate Cymru benefited from all of you who kindly sponsored me for today's Porthcawl 10K run.

"Thank you for your kind contributions, time was 1hr 31 mins. now looking forward to Barry Island 10k next month.

"I shall be running for Ty Hafan children's home", said the Plaid Councillor..
