It's raining cats and dogs in Penarth. But these bars, pub and restaurants won't care.

Indoor hospitality businesses in Wales have been allowed to reopen to their doors today.

Here are all the places in Penarth where you can grab your first indoor pint or meal in almost six months... and a few soon afterwards.
