The Dinas Powys library car park had its New Year's clean up this week end.

Here's some of the team who collected mountains of rotting leaves and small tree branches from the car park and the access bridge.

Thanks have been expressed to Steve Dare, Morris and Marilyn Lawrence, Chris Franks and Jon Cowpe. Sian in the café provided welcome hot drinks.

The Chair of the library Trustees said: "We picked the first sunny day in ages. We are very grateful for the volunteers who perform vital services for the community. The library was buzzing on Saturday."
