Penarth Resident Emma Jones has set up a blog of projects and arts and crafts to try with your children during the coronavirus pandemic.

Nub News got in touch with her to find out what it was all about and why she decided to set the blog up.

She said: "I set up the blog last year as I was one of four people in the UK to be chosen for Hobbycraft's first-ever 'Papercraft Design Team'.

"I only managed two posts at the time.

"When lockdown started I thought it was something I could do to help children have something creative to do using materials most of us would have at home.

"Being creative is proven to be beneficial for our mental health even if it's for a short time.

"Even though the posts are aimed at children there is no reason everyone can't have a go.

"Everything I put up can be done in a short space of time or you could spend hours on the projects.

"If children make something from the blog and love their piece of art well that would be fantastic."

There are lots of different things to do including making board games, paper pop-outs and much more.
