John Bruno Video: Exercising While the Kettle Boils

By The Editor

8th Apr 2020 | Local News

John Bruno Total Training has been working hard to create exercises that Penarth residents can practice at home during the coronavirus lockdown and their first one is now available.

They have listened to those who are struggling to find the time or the motivation to exercise and have created this video to get locals moving in their spare time.

John Bruno had noticed that a lot of exercise videos have been focused on children and gym-goers but that short, simple workouts for older people have been less accessible.

The first in the exercise series is Exercise and a Cup of Tea.

The idea is that you can complete this routine while you let the kettle boil. It has lots of instructions and an easy to follow guide on how to do the workout.

It's short, sweet and simple.

And, with the amount of tea we have been drinking it could be done a fair few times

Keep an eye on their Facebook for more clips.
