Griffin Books: Meet Ruth Jones and Reopening Announcements

Griffin Books in Penarth has announced their reopening in early July, as well as an extra special, meet the author event (virtual style) with none other than Ruth Jones.
Ruth Jones will be stepping into Griffin Books' virtual bookshop on Friday 4 September to talk about her latest novel, Us Three.
Us Three is a funny, moving and uplifting novel about life's complications, the power of friendship and how it defines us all, from Ruth Jones, co-writer of Gavin & Stacey and author of the smash-hit, number one bestselling debut, Never Greener.
Tickets are strictly limited. Book here to avoid disappointment.
Ruth Jones is best known for BBC 1's Gavin and Stacey, in which she played the incorrigible Nessa, and Sky 1's Stella, in which she played the titular role.
Tickets are £15.00 (includes access to the online event and a SIGNED hardback copy of Us Three).
Regarding their imminent reopening they said: ''We're pleased to announce that the shop will reopen on Wednesday 1 July. Please keep an eye on our website and social media channels for details of new opening times and the social distancing measures that will be in place.
"We will continue to offer online ordering and home delivery service beyond Wednesday 1 July. If you would like to place an order or have an enquiry about any of our services, please email us on: [email protected]. You can also contact us via our social media channels.
"We are offering a FREE home delivery service within the Penarth area (excludes Sully, Dinas Powys and Llandough) and posting to customers further afield (£3.00 postal charge applies). A FREE click and collect service will be in operation from Wednesday 1 July.
