Graffitti at the library and fun for all ages in Penarth as part of summer of fun programme

Penarth library will play host to a graffiti workshop tomorrow (Thursday, 25 August)

It will be taken by with local graffitti artist 'Hurts so Good' and starts at 10am at the library on Stanwell Road.

The three hour session is open to youngsters aged eight and over and is free.

Attendance must be prebooked - call 02920 708438.

The event is part of the Welsh Government's summer of fun programme and other free events for children will take place in Penarth tomorrow.

A Little Crafters Encanto workshops for children aged five to seven will be taking place from 2.15 to 3.30pm at Penarth Westbourne Senior School, 4 Hickman Road. Call 07702649011 for details.

And a Frogwarts workshop, described as Frogwarts School of Wizardry Potion and Herbology Class, will follow at the same venue from 4 to 5.30pm for children aged  eight to 12. Also call 07702649011.

For young people aged 11 to 18 'Chill@Kymin' will take place at The Kymion grounds on Beach Road from 3 to 5pm. There will be hammocks, free snacks and drinks, outdoor games
