Christmas at Cosmeston

This December, Cosmeston Lakes Country Park will come to life each evening as the Cosmeston Medieval Village is transformed into a Christmas Spectacle.

Experience Cosmeston Lakes Country Park in a whole new light – literally, as thousands of lights illuminate the Medieval Village and the surrounding trees for a truly magical festive scene.

Suitable for all ages to enjoy, find elves at Christmas at Cosmeston busy making their final pre-flight checks and filling the incoming mail requests as they assist you through an illuminated trail of the traditional buildings and fields around the village.

Siôn Corn (a.k.a Father Christmas), Siân Corn (Mrs Claus) will be helping the elves on this last visit they make to Penarth ahead of Christmas Eve.

With magical special effects, seasonal scenes and musical installations, Christmas at Cosmeston offers something for the whole family to enjoy at this special time of year.

Event Dates and Times:

9th – 12th December 2021 and 17th – 23rd December 2021 3.30pm – 8.30pm each day.

How to book Christmas at Cosmeston

Tickets and more information available from Penarth Events.

Trail Tickets £12 each (plus £1 booking fee) are required for each person between the ages of 3 and 133. Anyone under 3 may go free with their accompanying fee paying adult. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible fee paying adult Anyone assisting a wheelchair user or anyone who needs help to access the event, gets free admission with the paying supported attendee.
  • *Extra £5 ticket (subject to availability) required for any children (all ages) wishing to meet Santa who can speak with children in Welsh or English. Trail paying adults from the same family may also meet Santa with their fee paying children for no additional charge.
