Councillors Malcolm Phillips, Anne Asbrey, Debbie Evans, Marianne Cowpe and Colin Asbrey met with bus operators Adventure Travel Commercial Support Manager Alex Corsi for further talks in their attempt to get a regular bus service to operate to and from the Medical Centre Dinas Powys to Penarth and Cardiff City centre.

The councillors are those who make up a newly formed Plaid Cymru Transport sub group to look after the interests of transport users in Dinas Powys.

"We are already working closely with Transport for Wales and Network Rail to ensure constituents get the best possible service and will take on any complaints you may have," said a representative.

Members of the group will be out and about seeking views and comments from commuters and social users of transport providers.
