Brahms' Ein Deutsches Requiem will be performed in Penarth for Remembrance Sunday by one of Wales' finest chamber choirs.

On Sunday, 12 November, at 7pm St Augustine's Church will play host to Cantemus Chamber Choir and its director, Huw Williams to commemorate Remembrance.

The choir will perform Brahms' enchantingly beautiful German Requiem, one of the greatest and most moving choral masterpieces of all time.

The Requiem will offer an intimate experience in which Cantemus will explore the lyrical version for two pianos, with timpani drums.

The event will be a moving and beautiful commemoration of all who have fallen, and all who grieve.

The soloists will be Williams Stevens, baritone and Rebecca Donkin, soprano, with pianists Jeffrey Howard and Philip Aspden, and timpanist, Nick Baron.
