Champagne Bar Hits Penarth's Esplanade

A champagne bar has opened on Penarth's Esplanade selling a variety of alcoholic beverages without entering the property.
The new business takes the place of the Crazy Cafe which was previously situated there.
There were issues with the management who occupied the space previously and the venue has been unoccupied for some time.
They will specialise in Champagne, Wine, Draft Beer, Cocktails and Spirits to takeaway.
It will also offer a range of sweet treats like doughnuts, ice cream, waffles, milkshakes, frappes and hot and cold drinks from another window.
