On the evening of Friday, 17 JulyPenarth Methodist Church was transformed into a hub of choral excellence as the Barry Male Voice Choir hosted their highly anticipated annual concert.

Featuring special guests the Lisburn Community Choir, the concert saw the historic church filled to every corner, reflecting the strong community support for both ensembles.

The program was carefully curated to appeal to a broad audience, seamlessly transitioning from the grandeur of classical compositions to the familiar melodies of popular music.

This blend of styles highlighted the technical proficiency of the Barry Male Voice Choir and the vibrant energy brought by the visiting Lisburn Community Choir.

Dot Connell the Musical Director of Barry Male Voice Choir said: "We had a wonderful evening with our friends from Lisburn with guest soloists and instrumentalists and, it was great to receive so much positive feedback from the audience at the end.
