Bar44 Penarth holds online raffle to raise money for Velindre Cancer Centre

Mercado44, the group that runs Penarth's Bar44 is holding an online raffle to raise money for Velindre Cancer Centre.

Tickets cost £10 and participants are in with a chance of winning fantastic prizes including:

  • A signed and framed current Welsh Rugby squad shirt
  • A signed caricature of Shane Williams
  • A Bar 44 produce hamper,
  • £100 of Mercado44 vouchers,
  • An Estrella Galicia beers and snacks hamper,
  • Gonzales Byass chase of wine and sherry
  • And many more…

"Winners will be drawn on Tuesday 19 October and contacted with their prizes. Let's raise as much as we can for this incredible charity who do so much for those dealing with cancer," read a social media post on Mercado44.

The local restaurateurs Owen and Tom Morgan are also soon releasing a Spanish cookbook, which a selection of over 100 recipes.
