Penarth Coastguard faced another Sully Island Rescue this Sunday after a group of people and their dogs had started attempting to cross the flooded causeway.
The Coastguard team said: ''We were tasked to three people and two dogs cut off by Sully Island tide.
"Barry Dock's RNLI Lifeboat was launched to pick up the casualties & bring them to the mainland.
"The casualties attempted to cross the flooding causeway and were turned around by local people. Safety advice issued about tide times."
Sully Island rescues have been particularly high over the coronavirus lockdown period and as restrictions have eased the problem has continued.
Safety advice from the rescue teams continues to be that anyone caught on Sully Island should not try to cross the causeway under any circumstance due to the strong currents and high tides.
