Members of Penarth and District Ramblers won't just be stretching their legs this weekend, some members will be making the trip to join other Ramblers in the Cotswolds for a 13 mile walk along parts of the Cotswold Way and Monarch's Way.

The walk starts at 9.30am on saturday (3 September) and details of the walk, whioch is classed as hard, can be found on the penarth Ramblers' webpage via this link.

It follows on from treks last weekend which included a 12 miler along the Taff from Cardiff on Saturday and a similar length trek on Monday on the Newton and Tythegston circular route.

Penarth & District Ramblers are a local group of the Ramblers' Association. The group walks mainly in the South Wales area, an area covering the Gower in the west to the Wye valley in the east, Vale of Glamorgan in the south to the Brecon Beacons in the north.
