A Royal Farewell for Penarth from Prince Charles

Prince Charles was captured waving farewell to Penarth's cheering crowd after an hour visit to the Marie Curie Hospice.

Once the story was out that Prince Charles was in the area more people gathered to catch a glimpse.

His Royal Highness spoke with members of staff as he left before getting into his car and setting off to Pontypridd, the next leg of his journey.

As it was half term, a lot of children were very excited to see the heir to the throne in their hometown.
