The Old Custom House in Penarth was targetted by burglars yesterday evening who stole patio furniture from the local business.

The incident took place at around 10:30 pm last night and was caught on CCTV. They have now appealed to the public for any information anyone may have.

They said: ''Last night at around 22:30 pm these scumbag thieves stole our patio furniture.

''It is all caught on CCTV and the boldness of them is sickening.

''We are offering an £1,000 reward for anyone who can provide us with names of these two scumbags.

''Please share this with your friends and family to help us find these thieves.

''If anyone has any information please DM us or email me on [email protected].

''Not only are all small businesses and family-run businesses facing such challenging times during COVID-19 we are having to deal with our belongings being stolen.

''We are truly gutted and really would appreciate anyone with any information to come forward and help us find these scumbags.''
