Penarth Business wins big at the Welsh Women's Award 2019

Last night, Creative Oceanic presented the Welsh Women's Awards 2019 to thirty outstanding women. The exclusive event showcased individuals who have ''excelled at the forefront of their industries''. A spokeswoman for the event described the winners as ''examples of courage, passion, skill, commitment and success''. From the 286 finalists across 30 awards, one Penarth business triumphed:

  • Young Entrepreneur(s) of the Year: Elena & Sofia Costa (Costa Sisters Productions)

Elena and Sofia Costa, otherwise known as the Costa Sisters, are 'out of the ordinary' Videographers. They have made their mark with their Americana style and their love of the non-traditional. The sisters are most well known for their edgy wedding film reels and photography which has already taken them all over the globe.

Their work doesn't end there. They also provide workshops for aspiring creatives/ businesses, as well as, shooting for alternative events and clothing brands.The sisters are based in Penarth their desire to travel and discover means they have no limits on their working locations.
