A leading Cardiff-based tech company is on the lookout for a confident and experienced Payroll Manager to take ownership of its end-to-end payroll operations.   • Running monthly payroll cycles accurately and on time (multi-site UK payroll)
  • Managing pension contributions, statutory payments and benefits administration
  • Working closely with HR and Finance to ensure payroll compliance and data integrity
  • Leading payroll audits and acting as the first point of contact for queries
  • Developing and improving internal payroll processes and reporting tools
  • Liaising with external providers and software platforms
What You'll Bring:
  • Proven experience in payroll management (ideally in a high-growth or multi-entity environment)
  • Excellent knowledge of UK payroll legislation, taxation and pension schemes
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort with cloud-based payroll systems
  • A detail-driven mindset and a proactive approach to solving problems
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across the business
