Your new company I am partnered with a top 30 Accountancy Practice seeking a Private Client Manager to join the team. This firm is looking to grow its offering in the South Wales with around 40 staff currently. They have won numerous awards as being one of the UK best places to work. This firm boasts a specialist workforce of over 700 colleagues across the whole organisation. Your new role

  • Work closely with our senior private client specialists across offices, supporting them with compliance and advisory cases.
  • Join client meetings, provide follow-up support, and become a trusted point of contact.
  • Build and manage your own portfolio of private clients over time.
  • Review tax returns prepared by junior team members, ensuring quality and development.
  • Identify advisory opportunities within the existing Cardiff client base and help shape solutions.
  • Support the Cardiff partner group with both compliance and advisory needs.
  • Contribute to team development, working collaboratively across all levels.
What you'll need to succeed
  • CTA Qualified
  • Private Client experience with a mix of compliacne and advisory
  • Knowledge of OMB, Trusts and IHT
