The next Bereavement Journey in Penarth starts on April 4, held at Stanwell Church (19 Stanwell road).

It comprises seven sessions of films & discussion for anyone bereaved at anytime. 

Suitable for anyone who would like to process their grief in a supportive environment and for both those with or without a faith.

Topics include:

·     Attachment, separation, and loss   

·     The pain and responses of grief

·     Anger and guilt

·     Coping with others' reactions           

·     Delayed and suppressed grief

·     Adjusting to change

·     Moving forward healthily

·     Faith questions (optional)
