Using THIS online tool, Nub News is able to tell you who Penarth's most wikipedia'd person is since records began in June 2015... and who came close.

We've cast the net quite wide - they don't have to be Penarth-born, just closely associated with the town.

Without further ado, here's our list.

Drum roll please...

1) Shakin' Stevens

The singer-songwriter Michael Barratt, or Shakin' Stevens, was born in Ely.

He went on to form Shakin' Stevens and the Sunsets with the Penarth-based nand the Backbeats in 1969.

'Shakin' Stevens' has received 1,951,025 page views on the platform (though he does get quite a boost around Christmas!)

2) Colin Jackson

The Welsh World Champion and Olympic silver medallist is probably Penarth's most famous resident.

3) Tanni Grey-Thompson

She has been Wikipedia'd 696,946 times.

4) Guy Gibson

5) Louis Rees-Zammit

Described as Penarth-born but in truth a Llandaff lad, the rugby sensation has been viewed 320,047 times.
