Friday morning (11:30 - 12:30): Laughter Yoga Class

Laughter Yoga is a unique form of exercise that involves unconditional laughter, breathing and youthful playfulness and it produces significant positive effects on your health, your happiness levels and your feeling of being socially connected to others.

If you, or someone you know, could do with a little bit of laughter and happiness in your life with like-minded people, please come along. You don't need any prior experience nor do you need to bring a yoga mat as there is no actual 'yoga' involved in the traditional sense. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to laugh.

Penarth Laughter Yoga runs every Friday at 11.30 for one-hour at All Saints Church LESSER Community Hall (that's the small one), Victoria Square, Penarth CF64 3EH

Pre-booking (and pre-payment) is essential via www.getfitgoodfit.co.uk and it costs just £2 per person. Suitable for any age from 14+, though minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Pop your details on the back, and when you next spend £5 or more with another Penarth independent, you will be invited to give this in and be entered into a prize draw. You will be given another for when you spend elsewhere. The more you shop in Penarth, the more times you enter, the greater the chance of winning. There are ten fantastic hampers to be won! Saturday afternoon (14:00 - 16:00): Cancer Research UK Spring Fair at Penarth Conservative Club

We look forward to welcoming our supporters back to our first fundraiser of 2022.

Usual stalls include cakes and savouries, homemade preserves, a lucky dip parcel stall and a raffle.

The event starts at 14:00 and runs until 16:00. Entry is £2 which will include a cuppa and biscuits.

Wearing masks would be appreciated unless you are exempt.
