Friday morning: Laughter Yoga Class

Laughter Yoga is a unique form of exercise that involves unconditional laughter, breathing and youthful playfulness and it produces significant positive effects on your health, your happiness levels and your feeling of being socially connected to others.

If you, or someone you know, could do with a little bit of laughter and happiness in your life with like-minded people, please come along. You don't need any prior experience nor do you need to bring a yoga mat as there is no actual 'yoga' involved in the traditional sense. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to laugh.

Penarth Laughter Yoga runs every Friday at 11.30 for one-hour at All Saints Church LESSER Community Hall (that's the small one), Victoria Square, Penarth CF64 3EH

Pre-booking (and pre-payment) is essential via www.getfitgoodfit.co.uk and it costs just £2 per person. Suitable for any age from 14+, though minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Visit the Facebook page for more info.

[H3]Friday (19:30) & Saturday (18:00): The Hound of the Baskervilles "The world is full of obvious things which nobody by any chance ever observed." Based on a local legend of a spectral hound that haunted Dartmoor in Devonshire, England, the story is set in the moors at Baskerville Hall, the action takes place mostly at night when the terrifying hound howls for blood. After Sir Charles Baskerville is found dead with his face twisted in stark terror, Holmes is called upon to protect his heir, Sir Henry Baskerville. When Holmes and Watson arrive they find more unsettling events. Witty, mysterious and eerie….. 'presume nothing'. Learn more here
