Friday morning: Laughter Yoga Class
Laughter Yoga is a unique form of exercise that involves unconditional laughter, breathing and youthful playfulness and it produces significant positive effects on your health, your happiness levels and your feeling of being socially connected to others.
If you, or someone you know, could do with a little bit of laughter and happiness in your life with like-minded people, please come along. You DON'T need any prior experience nor do you need to bring a yoga mat as there is no actual 'yoga' involved in the traditional sense. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to laugh.
Penarth Laughter Yoga runs every Friday at 11.30am for one-hour at All Saints Church LESSER Community Hall (that's the small one), Victoria Square, Penarth CF64 3EH
Pre-booking (and pre-payment) is essential via www.getfitgoodfit.co.uk and it costs just £2 per person. Suitable for any age from 14+, though minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Visit the Facebook page for more info.
[H3]Friday, Saturday and Sunday (9:00 – 16:00): Prints on the Pier An exhibition of over 40 original prints created by members of the Cardiff Print Workshop form this open exhibition. Browse a wide variety of media from etching & drypoint to collograph, Chine Colle, aquatint and mixed media on display and all works are for sale. The Friends of Penarth Library will be holding a Cake and Book Sale at the library on Saturday, February 12.
It will take place between 10am and 1pm and all proceeds will go to support the library.

Bring your fur-babies along to our doggy Valentine's party!
Join in all the fun with a Valentine's photobooth, doggy cupcakes, a dog cartoon artist, and lots of incredible prizes to be won!
Your dog will also get a chance to win 'Best Dressed'!
The event will take place at Llandough Memorial Hall, Penlan Road, Llandough, Penarth CF64 2LT.
