Friday morning: Laughter Yoga Class

Laughter Yoga is a unique form of exercise that involves unconditional laughter, breathing and youthful playfulness and it produces significant positive effects on your health, your happiness levels and your feeling of being socially connected to others. If you, or someone you know, could do with a little bit of laughter and happiness in your life with like-minded people, please come along. You don't need any prior experience nor do you need to bring a yoga mat as there is no actual 'yoga' involved in the traditional sense. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to laugh. Penarth Laughter Yoga runs every Friday at 11.30am for one-hour at All Saints Church LESSER Community Hall (that's the small one), Victoria Square, Penarth CF64 3EH Pre-booking (and pre-payment) is essential via www.getfitgoodfit.co.uk and it costs just £2 per person. Suitable for any age from 14+, though minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Visit the Facebook page for more info.
