Laughter Yoga is a unique form of exercise involving unconditional laughter, breathing and youthful playfulness with benefits that can include reduced cortisol levels and stress, higher happiness levels and a positive mindset.

Penarth Laughter Yoga runs every Friday at 11.30am for 1 hour at All Saints Church LESSER Community Hall - you don't need any prior experience or to bring a yoga mat - just come with an open mind and a willingness to laugh.

Friday (all day): Benthyg Penarth Christmas Gift Exchange

Head over to the Food Pod on Friday with your unopened/unused gifts. You'll receive tokens which on returning the following week, you can exchange for new gifts.

If there's nothing you want, you'll be given a voucher for a free borrow from Benthyg Penarth - your local library of things.

Anything left over from the second event will be donated to local community groups.
