Headlands School is looking for an "Administration Team Leader".

As a "Level 3 Business Support Officer", the successful candidate will manage a team of five level two business support officers to provide an "effective, efficient administrative service that is flexible to meet the needs of the School and Residential settings at Headlands School."

Headlands is a residential special school based in Penarth, which caters for pupils between the ages of 7 and 19, who have an emotional, social and behavioural difficulties and a range of associated needs.

Applicants must demonstrate the following attributes:

- Ability to work well within a team.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Strong experience in an administration supervisory role.

- IT Literate.

Salary: circa £21,400 per annum pro rata with the actual salary being £18,275 per annum

Employment type: Permanent, Full Time, Term Time

Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
