Sully Island causeway to flood this afternoon - Coastguard warn not to cross

Sully Island causeway will flood at 15:15 today, according to Penarth Coastguard.

"Make sure you are off the island by this time," the Coastguard warn.

"Never attempt to cross the causeway when it has started to flood."
