Rugby League legend Kevin Sinfield OBE is set to pull on his running trainers again after launching a new epic challenge to raise awareness and funds to support those impacted by motor neurone disease (MND).

The 7 in 7 Challenge sees Kevin and his team run an ultra-marathon every day for seven days.

This year, for the first time, Kevin's 7 in 7 Challenge will take fundraising to multiple different cities, and on Saturday, 2 December Kevin will be running through Cardiff and Penarth Marina.

Alongside his running challenges, Kevin has released a new book With Us Every Step, which is a celebration of his friendship with ex-rugby player Rob Burrow.

In this new book the pair's moving words are brought to life with artwork from leading illustrators, such as Rob Biddulph and Sam Usher.

Over the weekend, Griffin Books in Penarth will have copies of the book signed by Kevin Sinfield, and 50p from every copy sold will be split evenly between Motor Neurone Disease Association and Leeds Hospitals Charity.

It's sure to be an inspirational event, so make sure you get out and support the runners!
