RNLI Penarth's annual Yellow Welly Treasure Hunt is set to return next month.

The hunt is a great summer activity for kids and helps raise money to support the lifeboat station and volunteers.

Around 57 shops and businesses around Penarth will each have a numbered yellow welly in their window. To take part, searchers will need to find each welly to match up the numbers and the shops on the entry form.

£2 entry forms are available from the RNLI Shop on Penarth Seafront, as well as Umpa Lumpa Sweet Shop in Windsor Arcade.

The Treasure Hunt will run until Thursday, September 1 and winners will be announced on Sunday, September 4 at 15:00.

There are a variety of prizes up for grabs for the winners of the hunt.

All money raised from the competition will go to RNLI Penarth.
