Police appeal for man linked with Penarth fraud investigation

South Wales Police has launched an appeal for a man linked with an investigation into fraud by false representation in Penarth.  

The police believe the man's name is Sebastian and was recently driving a black Mercedes. 

No more information has been released at this time. 

Sightings should be reported by calling 101 with the reference *219312 or you can click here to report online.
