Introducing a new community service from local radio station Penarth Sounds, "This One's For You".

If you know someone in the area who's in need of a lift, Penarth Sounds will put together a personalised radio show just for them.

Simply send in a list of up to 7 songs, and whatever introductions to them you might want to have. We'll put together a half hour show for them and, if you like, play it on the radio too.
