Following the overwhelming success of the last two Christmas pop-ups, the Dawnstalkers swimming group and Hot 2 Cold Sauna Co have announced that Penarth's Seafront Sauna will be returning by popular demand!

The sauna will return to Penarth Seafront from Wednesday, 12 February to Sunday, 2 March.

Hundreds of people took part in the recent Christmas event, with a hugely positive response and unanimous calls for a more regular presence on the seafront.

From icy sea dips to the comforting heat of the wood-barrelled sauna, the previous pop-ups have brought warmth, wellness, and connection to Penarth.

Grant Zehetmayr, Co-Founder of the Dawnstalkers, shared his excitement, saying: "We were absolutely blown away by the response to our last two Christmas pop-ups. Hundreds of people used the sauna, and the feedback was unanimous—everyone wanted it back, and they wanted it soon.

"So, here we are! We're buzzing to bring the sauna to Penarth Seafront once again, creating a space where people can connect, recharge, and embrace the magic of hot-cold therapy by the sea."

Dawnstalkers is a community-driven sea swim group that meets every sunrise to embrace the thrill of cold-water swimming and the camaraderie it fosters.
