Penarth residents can apply to receive the materials to construct a birdbox from home for free thanks to a partnership between Pinkspiration and local bodies.

Are you looking to do something to do with your family during Covid19? Pinkspiration has teamed up with the Vale Heroes, The Vale of Glamorgan Council and RSPC to bring you a construction at home project.

They said: "We will deliver to the local community free of charge everything you need to build a wooden nesting box at home for you to place in your garden or local woodland. Learning constructing skills."

For further information please visit Pinkspiration here or email [email protected]

This project has received funding through the Vale of Glamorgan Council and Welsh Government Rural Communities – Rural Development Programme 2014-2020, which is funded by the European Agricultural Fund for rural Development and the Welsh Government.
