Penarth Power Outage Cuts Off Over 100 Houses This Morning

A number of Penarth homes in the CF64 area will have been affected by a power cut this morning as part of a problem with Western Power Distribution.

It was alerted on their site from 8:00 am this morning and they hoped to have it resolved by 10:00 am.

The issue was a High Voltage one, which means it affected a larger area, and the distributor estimated over 100 properties were impacted by the power cut.

The firm has apologised to customers for any inconvenience and removed their powercut notice at 10:30 am.
