Penarth motorists stuck in mile-long jam

Penarth motorists are currently (15:30) stuck in a traffic jam stretching from the upper entrance of Dingle Park on Windsor Road to the Barons Court Junction.

The jam is comprised of roughly 100 cars making their way towards Cardiff.

There is also some congestion going towards the town centre, starting roughly at the Windsor Pub.

There are no reports of a related accident.
