Penarth: Counterfeit notes circulating in the county

South Wales Police are warning residents about counterfeit cash in the Vale of Glamorgan.

They have issued a public warning as a number of forged £20 notes are circulating in the county.

SWP are advising residents and visitors to check for authenticity, by looking for security and design features, such as holograms, silver & purple foil patches, and print quality.
