Penarth Town Council is pleased to confirm that from Monday the 15th June, Penarth cemetery will be returning it's regular opening hours.

From Monday the cemetery will be open from 8.30 am to 5 pm, Monday – Sunday.

They said: ''We want to thank all the visitors to the cemetery over the last month, who have acted with great responsibly and allowed us to make this decision.

"For anyone planning on visiting the Cemetery, social distancing measures will remain in place and we also ask that members of the public help us look after the cemetery by taking any waste materials home. Please note that the toilets remain closed.

"Thank you again for supporting us to keep Penarth safe."
