Inclusive Stay, Play and Eat Pancakes Group at Glyndwr Hall:

Come along to our happy inclusive not-for-profit playgroup at Glyndwr Hall in Penarth. This week we have a Pancake theme and will be serving pancakes. We welcome everyone including children with disabilities, LLCs, and additional needs; their families and friends, to benefit from a warm and nurturing community. Home ed kids welcome too. Drop-in session with play activities, sensory music and story workshop. Run by specialists in creative arts, disability, play and education. Refreshments, a cuppa and a warm welcome. £3.50 per child, £1.50 per sibling. New sensory garden opens in nicer weather. Parking on Glyndwr Road or Rifle Club car park two doors up. Zumba at Llandough Memorial Hall:

Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop. 6:45 pm.
