- MEET NEW FRIENDS- Our Buggy Beat parents are so welcoming and friendly, we laugh and have fun in our classes!
- GET BACK INTO FITNESS- After having your little one it can be hard to get back into fitness, our classes are perfect - work at your own pace and you will slowly get back into fitness safely.
- BOND WITH YOUR LITTLE ONE- Doing physical activity is a great thing for your child to see and they love to get involved too! Watch the little ones play and bond together too!
£5 per session no pre-booking required. Bring an exercise mat and a bottle of water. 11 am.

Let the fun begin! Inclusive Stay and Play Group at Glyndwr Hall:Come along to our happy inclusive not-for-profit playgroup at Glyndwr Hall in Penarth. This week with a Valentine's theme.
We welcome everyone including children with disabilities, LLCs, and additional needs; their families and friends, to benefit from a warm and nurturing community. Home ed kids welcome too. Drop-in session with play activities, sensory music and story workshop. Run by specialists in creative arts, disability, play and education. Refreshments, a cuppa and a warm welcome. £3.50 per child, £1.50 per sibling. New sensory garden opens in nicer weather. Parking on Glyndwr Road or Rifle Club car park two doors up.- ***
