Our attendees are of all ages and all genders who understand the importance of support from their peer group when it comes to losing weight. Sharing your tips, frustrations, highs and lows of your weight loss journey is beneficial to both you and others. We meet at the right-hand side of the main bar. Get there between 7 pm and 7.30 pm. It's 100% free and always will be. Because it's an unmanned event wear something blue. If you want to attend you have to reserve your free ticket for every attendee.
