The developer Barratt Homes and the Vale of Glamorgan Council should act to improve access along the path from Scholars Park down to Sunnycroft Lane.

The surface is in a dreadful state. This route is very convenient for residents, especially parents taking children to school.

This situation is very unsatisfactory. The mud makes the path very dangerous. Then to be confronted with a five bar gate completes the obstacle course.

It really is not acceptable for the developers and the Vale to allow this situation to exist. Residents want action. This was a well-used route to school for pupils and now it's impossible for children.
