A MUM and daughter partnership have brought their sweet dream to Penarth.

Building on the success of three other shop launches, Lauren and Michelle Evans have opened a fourth shop serving creamy, award-winning artisan ice cream from Windsor Gardens' South Lodge overlooking the seafront.

The duo began their business venture in nearby Cowbridge in 2017 and have since opened shops in in Porthcawl and Caerphilly.

Now they are about to enjoy their first easter in Penarth.

Lauren said: "We came into the ice cream world complete novices, but with our passion, drive and love for our brand we have come a long way in a short time.

"I love working with mum, we have come so far in seven years.

"We have grown year-on-year and am very proud of us as a team of women.

"There is no limit to what we, as woman can achieve, we came into the ice cream world complete novices, but with our passion, drive and love for our brand we have come a long way in a short time.

"We are proud to support welsh agriculture and are delighted that all the milk and cream used to produce our ice cream is supplied from a high quality local dairy farm, Ty Tanglwyst, based in Porthcawl.

"We produce all the ice-cream in house. It is a traditional ice-cream house.

"We have 120 flavours available, and you can have 24 flavours at any given time."

The parlour also sells a variety of sweet treats including ice cream, sundaes, cakes, waffles, pancakes and milkshakes.
