News in brief: Sad-looking Turner House bench gets laser-engraved replacement

Penarth Town Council have installed a new, laser-engraved bench outside The Turner House.

The teak seat is situated under the shade of a silver lime tree and was in use this afternoon. It replaces the dilapidated bench that stood there prior to gallery's renovation.
