Motorists stuck in mile-long jam

Penarth motorists are currently (15:36) stuck in traffic jam stretching from the dilapidated Monty Smith garage on Windsor Road to the Barons Court Junction.

The jam is comprised of over 100 cars making their way towards Cardiff.

Congestion is the cause. There has not been an accident.
