Foxy's Deli, on Victoria Road in Penarth, is hosting a Big Breakfast fundraising event to raise money for Prostate Cymru.

Customers are invited to eat big on November 14th from 8am at Foxy's Deli with proceeds going to the charity.

This is the first event of its kind for Foxy's who are looking to raise as much money for the charity as possible.

Sian Foxy, the owner of the Deli, explained the event. She said: ''Customers can have any breakfast on the menu - from eggs on toast to a big full breakfast - we have been lucky to have donations from a local pig farmer for sausages and a local egg supplier.

''Customers will be asked to pay what they think for their breakfasts and there will also be a raffle. Seabreeze homes are also contributing to costs which is amazing.''

Prostate Cymru is mainly a voluntary group dedicated to fighting Prostate Cancer, Procuring equipment and raising awareness in the Welsh Principality.

Annually throughout the UK men's prostate cancer claims 11,000 lives, with up to 32,000 new cases diagnosed.

The Big Breakfast raises awareness and funds for Prostate Cymru.
