Sully-based Key Home Staging Ltd has won an award at this year's Cardiff Property Awards 2023, held at Mercure Cardiff Holland House Hotel & Spa earloer this month.

The Cardiff Property Awards aim to highlight industry excellence and celebrate the best of properties companies throughout the region.

The results delivered by Key Home Staging's team certainly impressed the judges.

Here's what they had to say: "A clever business model excellently delivered with impressive projects. Very clear evidence of success and value-add. There's so much opportunity…"

On winning the award, Emily Davies, director of Key Home Staging said: "We are absolutely thrilled to have won this award and to be recognised for our work within our hometown".

The company, based at Unit 4 Atlantic Business Park on Hayes Lane, Sully, offers services across South and West Wales and was set up in 2018 to help homeowners prepare their properties for the sales market.

The team now work with homeowners, estate agents, developers and investors staging and styling homes every week in readiness for the sales market.

"Home Staging is still very much a new concept here in Wales and our aim is to continue to help home sellers understand the importance of property presentation, the value it can add to a property and how it can help speed up their selling journey".

"Our end goal when working with our clients and their homes is to achieve eye catching marketing images, to maximise their properties value and reduce their time spent on the market. We do this by offering a number of services and packages from a complimentary consultation to a full rental furniture and accessory install".

"Home staging is a powerful tool that every home seller should know about".
