Sadler Jones, a local card company created by a Penarth resident, has launched a handwritten note service for customers who can't leave their houses due to coronavirus.
Nub News spoke to Cath Jones, the founder of the popular business, who told us about their idea.
She said: ''I'm Penarth born and bred and I'm currently offering a service through my business where people can send greeting cards directly to their loved ones and add a handwritten message at no extra cost.
''The service has been such a success so far and the lovely messages to friends are really keeping my spirits high!
''I've had everything from pregnancy announcements, lots of new babies, messages of joy to those who have beaten the virus, engagement announcements, love to grandparents, poems to grandparents, lots of request for future parties (with all the fizz!) and even date requests!''
The new service is free of charge and customers can fill in a message to include online when purchasing a card.
They are then handwritten and delivered to the recipient.
Cath's cards are usually stocked in Oliver Bonas, John Lewis, Selfridges and many more outlets.
You can also find a wide range of stationery and other bits and pieces on their website.
